access & fall protection applications

Our dedicated team of designers work directly with you to develop solutions for all of your work access, fall protection, material handling and ergonomic needs. While your team's safety is our number one goal, we are experts at taking into account space constraints, productivity concerns and product versatility in all of our fabrications.

SAFE-T-FAB...it's time to keep you SAFE

More than just a fabricator.

No two problems have the same solution. SAFE-T-FAB is highly skilled at solving complex problems with basic specs.  A few photos of the area, a simple sketch, or a telephone conversation is all we need to get the process started. For the more challenging applications, we also offer on-site consultation to ensure no aspects of your project goals are overlooked. Our vast experience in the industry allows us to provide unparalleled service & quality in an expedited manner.

STEP 1:

Get us some info

Take a few photos of your access problem, collect any specifications or drawings you may have on file, or even make a basic sketch of an idea you have that may solve your problem. Give us a call and/or email us the info in order to help the SAFE-T-FAB crew get a better understanding of your project goals.

We have full CAD capabilities at SAFE-T-FAB, so any solid models you have of your area can be translated into our software for inclusion in the proposal

STEP 2:

Time for some ideas

Our team of designers will review the information you collected, and get back in touch with any questions or initial ideas that may solve your access problem. SAFE-T-FAB will now get to work, using the information you provide, and our knowledge of code, engineering, safety and fall protection to develop a solution for your application.

When we put our vast design experience and powerful 3D modeling capabilities to work, we produce one-of-a-kind results.

STEP 3:

measure twice, cut once

SAFE-T-FAB will supply you with a proposal including price, lead time and a photo-realistic rendering of the proposed solution. After we work through the necessary revisions to dial in the design, we issue you a set of final approval drawings for your records. Once approved, we schedule your system for production.

Our fabrication team works with YOUR designer on the project to ensure continuity on the project. We will send you progress pictures and updates during the build to keep you up to date.

STEP 4:

Build, Ship, Support

Your designer works directly with our skilled group of metal fabricators through out manufacturing, making sure the front end specifications we develop get the same attention during the physical build. Once the welding work is complete, your product heads to our paint or powder coat system for a first class finish.

Whether using your own logistics, or relying on us for setting up shipping, SAFE-T-FAB's team will support the final stages of delivery, assembly and install as required by the application.

...welcome to THE SHOP.
